City Hall

Assessment - (780) 672-3032 - A property assessment is a reflection of the estimated market value of a property and is used for the purposes of taxation. The City of Camrose assessment process provides its citizens with a fair and equitable assessment of the value of their property.

Property values are reviewed annually. Property assessments reflect market value at July 1 of the previous year. For example, the 2017 assessment reflects the market value as of July 1, 2016. Assessed values and property class are available on our Property Information interactive map. Also found on the map are property attributes for residential properties.  The attributes on the map include year built, lot size, and square footage of the dwelling.
