The Camrose and Area Adult Learning Council (CALC) is funded through Alberta Advanced Education and Technology to provide programming in the areas of adult literacy, English as a second language, employability and lifelong learning.

Lifelong learning is about continuing to acquire knowledge and skills throughout your lifetime to stay fresh and have up-to-date skills.

This includes knowledge and skills in the workplace, personal development and citizenship. 

CALC is an umbrella organization for 2 other programs;

• Camrose Family Literacy Program 
• Camrose Adult Read & Write Program 

Together we provide a wide range of literacy and learning services, programs and events.
