Elaine Nixon is a seamstress providing alterations and tailoring including wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride and graduation dresses. Elaine, a dressmaker and tailor, got her start as a theatre costume seamstress and has provided a perfect fit for hundreds of grads and brides in the Camrose region over the past 20 years.
